The scavenger hunt begins in the S.T.A.R.S Office, where players find images marking a specific location. These clues are designed to guide players through the police department, ultimately leading them to a special prize hidden within the Operations Room on the ground floor.
Solving the Scavenger Hunt
The scavenger hunt's destination is located in the Operations Room on the west side of the RPD building. Players must enter this room via the West Office, where they will encounter a stack of wooden pallets near a chalkboard. Climbing onto these pallets allows players to turn around and spot a Locker Key resting on the edge of a television mounted in a hanging box.
Unlocking the Reward
Once the Locker Key is obtained, players must head back to the West Office and interact with a locker at the rear of the room. Using the key to open this locker reveals two significant items: the S.T.A.R.S Emblem Charm, which enhances firepower for automatic weapons but increases sway while aiming; and a pair of tickets to Raccoon City Zoo, bearing a personal message from Barry on their reverse side.
