Friday, January 16th 2026 Logitech Pro X2 Superstrike Gaming Mouse Gets Official Pre-Order Date by Cpt.Jank Friday, 21:44 Discuss (27 ) Logitech announced the Pro X2 Superstrike gaming mouse back in September 2025, claiming to be an industry-first gaming mouse with haptic feedback and adjustable click actuation distance, the latter achieved via induction switches. However, while the price was revealed at $179.99, an exact availability date was not revealed. Now, though, Logitech has finally announced that the Pro X2 Superstrike will be available for pre-order on January 19 on the Logitech online store. There is still no official shipment date, despite the pre-order announcement date, although there have been supposed leaks that claimed the mouse would be available as of February 24. Given that that's about a month away from the pre-order opening, it seems reasonable that this could be the official launch date. It seems as though pre-orders will only be available on the Logitech site, but it would not be surprising to see sites like Amazon or Best Buy offer pre-orders, as well. If enemy drops huge rock onto your arm, mouse gonna bonk you in the face? Awesome! Seriously, haptic mouse? In fps game, you're shooting at enemy, enemy hits you and mouse jumps randomly around and you cant aim on enemies, ghe ghe. This would the best product. #2 Space Lynx Astronaut ixiHaptic feedback, hmmm. If enemy drops huge rock onto your arm, mouse gonna bonk you in the face? Awesome! Seriously, haptic mouse? Anyway, it's strange Logitech defines it as a "first" when in fact they had force feedback mice in the early 2000s: (Or maybe "first" refers to the combo of force feedback + adjustable actuation.) #6 Gungar ixiHaptic feedback, hmmm. This would the best product.Lol the haptic feedback is just to give you the feeling of pressing a standard mouse click, not reverb what's happening in games hahaha. #7 Onasi I am still not exactly sure why this is supposedly the next "big thing" in the mouse world, but I never have been a click schizo, so I suppose I wouldn't. If it's crispy and spammable - it's enough for me, essentially. Oh, and the price is silly. New tech and all, sure, but fuck off with that, Logi, you haven't released anything good since the OG GPX. #8 Vayra86 Space Lynxthis is very high quality haptic, it will not change mouse movement. You should go work for Apple marketing. Lol This right here is 179,95 worth of completely gullible fools and money parted. Haptic mouse. Lmao. You have to wonder what came first, the idea or the drive to innovate something nobody ever asked for.GungarLol the haptic feedback is just to give you the feeling of pressing a standard mouse click, not reverb what's happening in games hahaha.Re read that a few times and consider why an indirect feedback like that is better than just a button... #9 Hecate91 Haptic feedback seems kind of gimmicky to me when the mouse click should be enough feedback, the price is rather steep for a gaming mouse as well. #10 ZoneDymo so what does it give haptic feedback on? just generally on everything or is it game specific and thus needs support from devs? Regardless 180 bucks is obviously just them making an INSANE profit on this product, ill wait for the chinese to copy it for less then half the money. #11 nageme @ZoneDymo Read reviews on the old iFeel mice. Presumably feedback similar to console controllers, initiated by the game or software. Possibly also generic driver options, like hilighting buttons or other areas of interest though edge bumps or a difference in "texture". #12 theouto For 180 usd they better be using a scroll wheel that won't die in under a year. #13 Dragokar Since its Logitech it might only work with the Software and as long it is supported xD #14 Space Lynx Astronaut ZoneDymoso what does it give haptic feedback on? just generally on everything or is it game specific and thus needs support from devs? I just can't see myself paying so much for one. #18 Space Lynx Astronaut AusWolfIt's not a big deal at all, but you tagged me. ;) I'm not even saying that it isn't a nice looking mouse. I just can't see myself paying so much for one.well reviews would have to really blow me away to pay that price. if reviews are good though, i will prob get it or a diff brand haptic mouse in the future. i would bet money Wooting's next analog keyboard will have haptic WASD and left shift key for extra immersion to go along with the analog :D if you ever play Astro's Playroom on playstation 5 with a dualsense, its amazing, thats what sold me on haptics really... if it can be done right it does enhance immersion. admittedly a mouse is very limited in this regard, so maybe it should be reserved for the dualsense only #19 AusWolf Space Lynxwell reviews would have to really blow me away to pay that price. if reviews are good though, i will prob get it or a diff brand haptic mouse in the future. i would bet money Wooting's next analog keyboard will have haptic WASD and left shift key for extra immersion to go along with the analog :D if you ever play Astro's Playroom on playstation 5 with a dualsense, its amazing, thats what sold me on haptics really... if it can be done right it does enhance immersion. admittedly a mouse is very limited in this regard, so maybe it should be reserved for the dualsense onlyWhat is "haptic"? It's a little vague to me regarding a mouse. If it means vibrations and such, I've never been a fan of it. It's my first thing to turn off every time I grab a controller. #20 Space Lynx Astronaut AusWolfWhat is "haptic"? It's a little vague to me regarding a mouse. If it means vibrations and such, I've never been a fan of it. It's my first thing to turn off every time I grab a controller.its not vibrations, its pressure sensitivity. like on dualsense controller, if you press r2 to fire an arrow from your bow in Horizon Zero Dawn, r2 will become harder to press the longer you aim, for more realism, stuff like that some games use it in creative ways, other games not so much #21 MrDweezil MX Master 4 has haptic feedback. You can configure the software to trigger it on a few events like moving from one monitor to another but it's generally pointless and just goes through battery faster. #22 AusWolf Space Lynxits not vibrations, its pressure sensitivity. like on dualsense controller, if you press r2 to fire an arrow from your bow in Horizon Zero Dawn, r2 will become harder to press the longer you aim, for more realism, stuff like that some games use it in creative ways, other games not so muchAh! That sounds interesting. But it also sounds like a lot of complication in software that the majority of game devs probably don't want to deal with. #23 Vraelon Will this have the classic "breaks in one year" level of manufacturing quality I've come to expect from Logitech from owning both a PRO X SUPERLIGHT and a PRO X SUPERLIGHT 2? #24 lexluthermiester Cpt.Jankclaiming to be an industry-first gaming mouse with haptic feedbackNot only is this not true, there is a reason why it failed back in the late 90's/early 00's when it was first tried. It's overly stupid. The last thing I want going on while I'm gaming is for my input device to be vibrating like a damn naughty-time-toy. It is loathsome in controllers and in a mouse it is completely, laughably, unacceptable. #25 zenlessyank The mouse for lonely ladies. With deep pockets. Add your own
